One platform. Three powerful pillars. Endless possibilities.

TIBA offers free-flow parking solutions for every kind of operation — from traditional gated systems to ticketless, AI-powered environments. It all runs through SPARK, TIBA’s cloud platform, alongside the digital tools and partners brought together in one place. ATI is your local partner for all of it.

SPARK Platform

TIBA’s cloud-based parking management platform, built on 40+ years of parking expertise and designed for the next decade of digital mobility.

Digital Solutions

The revenue engine — digital tools like scan-to-pay and self-service that improve the parker experience and unlock recurring revenue for operators.

Unified Partner Network

Operators have the freedom to choose the technologies that fit their operation, while SPARK brings them together on one platform — simplifying login and workflow.

SPARK delivers solutions

No two parking operations run on the same rhythm. An airport’s rush hour looks nothing like a hospital’s, and a university’s calendar has little in common with a city’s budget cycle. SPARK was built to move with all of them.

No end-of-life notice

Every few years a vendor tells you your system is finished and it’s time to start over. Not with SPARK. The system doesn’t age, it evolves.

Get ahead of the rate curve

Adjusting rates by hand for a holiday or rush hour means you’re always a step behind demand. Dynamic pricing changes rates in real time, so you capture revenue instead of chasing it.

End portfolio blind spots

Running multiple garages or lots usually means checking multiple systems just to know what’s happening. SPARK gives you real-time visibility and control — from your entire portfolio down to a single lane.

Resolve access bottlenecks

Every new hire, contractor or shift change shouldn’t mean a support ticket. Delegate staff permissions and manage access remotely.

Relieve payment friction

Parkers don’t want to fumble for cash or wait in line to pay. Scan-to-pay, saved cards, pre-paid parking and subscriptions.

Stop the reporting scramble

Pulling occupancy, revenue and validation numbers by hand eats a whole afternoon. 150+ reports are already built — the numbers are ready before you need them.

The ATI advantage

Three reasons operators across the South keep building with ATI instead of starting over.

Protect your investment

Technology should never force you to throw away what works. TIBA was API-first before the rest of the industry opened up, and every new generation of SPARK stays backward-compatible with the last — so you build forward on the system you already own.

Engineered and serviced locally

We are not a call centre in another time zone. Our own technicians commission and maintain your system, and partners we bring in work under our contract, across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico and Arkansas.

Built by and for operators

The roadmap is written by the people running parking every day, not by trend reports. Our customers help shape where the platform goes next.

Choose your model

Three ways to run a garage. One platform runs all three.

There is no single right answer, and anybody who tells you there is has one thing to sell. The middle option is the one most people have not considered, and it is often the cheapest way to fix the actual problem.

Fully gated

Ticket or ticketless. Every vehicle controlled on the way in and on the way out, with the transaction closed before the gate lifts.

Hybrid

A camera on one side, control on the other. Free-flow entry with a gated exit, so every transaction is paid before anyone leaves without enforcement — or access control in and free flow out, for staff, faculty and Class A tenants.

Full free flow

No ticket, no machines. Gates optional. SPARK with LPR powers all of it.

Moving between models is a configuration and hardware conversation, not a new system.

For public buyers

Cleared before the conversation starts.

The TIBA SPARK platform is certified at TX-RAMP Level 2 — the check that has to clear before a cloud service goes near a Texas state agency, public university or public hospital. Associated Time filed and sponsored that certification ourselves, because our customers needed it to exist.

When it breaks

Under four hours.

Same day if it is costing you money.

Our own technicians commission and maintain your system, and we are the ones who answer when it stops. Not a call centre in another time zone. Outside business hours a 24/7 call centre picks up, every night of the year.

Proof

We flew home. The contract stayed.

An airport needed thirty lanes replaced and live before the holidays. Ours got on a plane — thirty lanes installed and commissioned through an Iowa winter, snow banked along the kerb, open and taking traffic before the year was out. Then we did the part most vendors skip: daily service runs through a local provider working under our contract, and we stay the company answerable for the system. Our people are Texan. They went anyway.

Frequently asked questions

What areas does Associated Time Instruments serve?

ATI serves Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico and Arkansas from its corporate office at 9104 Diplomacy Row, Dallas, Texas 75247. Our own engineers handle consulting, installation, commissioning and long-term service across all four states.

What parking systems does ATI install?

ATI is an authorized TIBA Parking Systems partner. We install and service ticketed and ticketless parking access and revenue control systems (PARCS), including entry and exit stations, pay-on-foot and pay-in-lane stations, intercoms, credit-card in and out lanes, and parking guidance.

Does ATI support free-flow and ticketless parking?

Yes. ATI delivers fully equipped free-flow, hybrid free-flow and LPR-only parking, all powered by the TIBA SPARK platform, combining license plate recognition, digital enforcement and cloud-based analytics.

What is TIBA SPARK?

SPARK is TIBA's cloud-based parking management platform. It provides centralized management across a portfolio, real-time visibility down to a single lane, dynamic rate control, scan-to-pay and other digital payment options, and more than 150 built-in reports.

What access control systems does ATI support?

ATI installs and supports open-architecture building and campus access control, including Avigilon Alta cloud access control with mobile credentials, DSX, and Open Options, which runs on non-proprietary hardware so you can choose your own devices. We remain an authorized DSX dealer and service provider, and we also sell and support Wisenet WAVE for cameras and video management.

Can I pay an ATI invoice online?

Yes. Invoices can be paid by credit card at associatedtime.com/payment. Card details are handled entirely by Authorize.net and never touch ATI servers. Card payments are limited to $15,000; for larger invoices call (214) 637-2763 to arrange payment by ACH bank transfer.

How do I request service on an existing parking system?

Existing customers can reach parking systems support through the Contact Parking Support form, or access control support through the Contact Access Support form. You can also call (214) 637-2763.

How do I get a quote for a new parking or access control project?

Use the Request a Quote form and include the project location, facility type such as garage, surface lot, mixed-use or campus, the number of entrances and exits, the technology you are considering, and your timeline. A member of the team will respond with a design and pricing.
