Under the direction of AT&PC’s management team, the company maintains its leadership position as a leading supplier of Workforce Management Systems, Parking and Revenue Control Equipment, and Access Control Systems.

Chris ArcherChristopher J. Archer, President

Chris has over 28 years of experience in the parking and time labor management industries as both an independent dealer and factory representative.  Chris formally worked for Amano Cincinnati before joining Associated Time & Parking Controls in 1998 as Vice President and now currently President/CEO.  Under Chris’ leadership, Associated Time has consistently grown to become one of the largest Parking Distributor’s in the United States.  Chris’ current responsibilities include the overall Management of Associated Time & Parking Controls, which has been providing Superior Customer Service and Support since 1953.  Associated Time’s Corporate Office is located in Dallas, with Branch Offices in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, New Orleans and NW Arkansas and California.

Chris achieved a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Irvine.

Andrew White, Vice President of Business Development

Andrew is responsible for all aspects of Business Development, including oversight of Sales from the various Associated Time, i3 Concepts and CTE Systems offices and is based out of Corporate Office in Dallas. Andrew has over 17 years of financial, operational and business development experience delivering quantifiable results. Prior to joining Associated Time, Andrew worked for Towne Park over the last 6 years and most recently serving as its VP of Operations for North Texas and Oklahoma. Prior to joining Towne Park, Andrew worked in Financial Services as an analyst for both Citigroup and T. Rowe Price.

Andrew holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Mississippi and Masters of Business Administration from Loyola College of Maryland.

Andrew is married to his wife Becki and they have two children, Corbin (7) and Reagan (5). They are huge sports fans and try to visit new MLB stadiums each season.

Ed_Lammer

Edward J. Lammer, Vice President of Operations

Ed has over 24 years of experience in the parking industry including 21 years in his previous role at Amano McGann in Minneapolis, MN and has Joined Associated Time in September of 2017.  As a Senior Project Manager for Anchor Parking in Chicago, IL, Ed successfully managed the installation of the first Windows Parking Access System and the first Credit Card In/Out solution in North America.  Ed is responsible for daily operations and the growth of our technical teams.  Ed is also responsible for project completion company wide.

Ed attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds Bachelor Degrees in both Management and Economics.

Robert J. Collier, Sr., Vice President of Technology

Robert has over 30 years experience in the time & attendance and parking & revenue control industry and has been in the Information Systems Technology industry since 1976 initially with Standard Oil Co. of Indiana – Chicago, Illinois. Robert is responsible for managing, planning, installation and support of all internal PC and Cloud based systems. Robert is also responsible for Web design, application training and development of internal systems.

Robert attended the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) majoring in Computer Engineering and joined the company in 1998.

Adriane B. Kearney, Vice President of Finance

Adriane Kearney has been with Associated Time & Parking Controls for more than 18 years. In addition to managing the Accounting department Adriane is also responsible for purchasing and inventory control. Adriane graduated from Bel Air High School and attended UCLA for a period. Adriane later moved back to El Paso and resumed her education at the University of Texas @ El Paso.
