change settings, or dispatch maintenance almost
instantly. And you can manage your lots with fewer
staff. These powerful management options are all
available to you at your desk, with just a few
keystrokes. In fact, you can literally exercise
control from anywhere in the world where you have
access to the Internet and a standard web browser,
such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer.
Real-time reporting
Access reports on transactions
as they happen on any Payment Station. Or run a
report for any time range you choose.
Remote monitoring and alarming
By logging onto the EMS, you
have the ability to instantly see the status of
your payment stations. Check how many bills in
the stacker, coins in the coin bag and how much
change has been dispensed. You will also see if
the paper is low, the battery voltage is low, if
the door is open or if the alarm is going off.
In addition, if any of these states are
critical, you can have the system send a message
to a cell phone or pager. That way, the
appropriate person is notified immediately with

Changing your rate structure
is fast and easy. Just make changes to rate
tables, messaging, special event rates and all
parameters. Then, log on to the system and
upload to change immediately or at some time in
the future. Could it be any more convenient or

Processing credit cards in
real-time means you’ll eliminate bad card
losses. And because Digital Payment goes direct
to the processor without a third party,
transactions are very fast (under 5 seconds!)
and there are no additional per transaction

Real-time Blackboard transaction processing
Blackboard Inc., is one of the
largest campus card system suppliers. Digital
Payment has partnered with Blackboard to provide
real-time transaction processing at the payment
station.
Online coupons
Ever wanted a simple way of
tracking pre-paid or complimentary parking? With
online coupons, parkers are given an 8 digital
number that the payment station prompts them
for. They put in their coupon number and a
discount of up to 100% is applied. Through EMS,
you can remotely configure coupon numbers for a
specific number of uses and/or range of dates.
The coupons can be lot specific and even stall
or stall range specific.
Integration with Verrus Cell Phone Parking
Verrus provides the ability to
have your parkers pay by cell phone. By working
with Verrus, Digital Payment has made this
easier than ever. Now when you print a stall
report from the payment station, transactions
made by cell phone can show up just like
transactions made at the payment station. And,
when you generate your online reports, you can
see all of the Verrus transactions as well.
