Under the direction of AT&PC’s management team, the company maintains its leadership position as a leading supplier of Workforce Management Systems, Parking and Revenue Control Equipment, and Access Control Systems.

Chris has over 23 years of experience in the parking and time labor management industries as both an independent dealer and factory representative and has been at the helm of Associated Time since 1998. Chris formally worked for Amano Cincinnati before joining Associated Time & Parking Controls as President and share owner in the company.

Under Chris’s leadership Associated Time has consistently grown to become the largest Parking Distributer for Amano McGann in the United States. His current responsibilities include the overall Management of Associated Time & Parking Controls, which has been serving its customers in the DFW Metroplex since 1953.

Associated Time’s Corporate Office is located in Dallas, with Branch Offices in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, New Orleans, NW Arkansas and Salt Lake City.

Christopher holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Irvine.


greg1 Brewer, Vice President of Business Development
Greg has worked in the time & attendance, parking revenue control, and access control industries since January 2002. Greg was the Vice President Sales at Carolina Time in Charlotte, North Carolina prior to joining the Associated Time & Parking Controls team in July 2014. Greg’s responsibilities include seeking out new business opportunities as well as overseeing the overall sales & marketing efforts in order to position Associated Time & Parking Controls for future sales growth. Greg’s number one goal is to develop long-term relationships with his customers.

Greg received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Information Systems from Appalachian State University. Greg has previously served on the board of the Carolinas Parking Association as the vendor representative.


email Robert J. Collier, Sr.Robert J. Collier, Sr., Vice President of Operations
Robert has over 30 years experience in the time & attendance and parking & revenue control industry and has been in the Information Systems Technology industry since 1976 initially with Standard Oil Co. of Indiana – Chicago, Illinois. Robert is responsible for managing, planning, installation and support of all PC and Cloud based systems. Robert is also responsible for Web design, application training and development and internal systems. Additionally, Robert heads-up our support department for all offices and support personnel.

Robert attended the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) majoring in Computer Engineering and joined the company in 1998.

Adriane Kearney has been with Associated Time & Parking Controls for more than 18 years. In addition to managing the Accounting department Adriane is also responsible for purchasing and inventory control. Adriane graduated from Bel Air High School and attended UCLA for a period. Adriane later moved back to El Paso and resumed her education at the University of Texas @ El Paso.


GlennGlenn Rodriguez, Houston Branch Manager
Glenn started in the Time & Attendance business in 1981 in San Antonio Texas. He relocated to Dallas in 1984 to open a branch office in the same industry. He is a certified Electronic Technician and has 20 years experience in the Time & Attendance and Parking and Access Control Systems. Glenn was a board member of the National Time Equipment Association (NTEA) for 3 years. Glenn is the manager of the Houston office which also includes the surrounding areas.

Pat DolanPatrick Dolan, Austin Branch Manager
Patrick has been with AT&PC for over six years as the Austin Branch Manager. He is responsible for the everyday operations for the Austin branch which covers the Austin and San Antonio area. Prior to coming to AT&PC he worked for a major manufacturer installing parking revenue controls systems. He has extensive knowledge of parking revenue controls systems and access control systems, and manages an expert team of local sales and service personnel.

collette1Collette Weaver, New Orleans Branch Manager
Collette Joined Associated Time & Parking Controls in August of 2001 as branch manager of the New Orleans location, and brings over 10 years direct experience in time & attendance, and over 25 years in sales management. Collette was general manager of the time division of an independent time and attendance distributor in the New Orleans area. She is active in the National Time Equipment Association (NTEA) serving on the board as director at large and then secretary Collette was vice-president of the New Orleans chapter of the Business Technology Association (BTA).
